Shipping Policy

When ordering, please keep in mind that shipping times depend on the delivery method you choose. Promotional items designated as a rush product can be shipped within 1-2 days of final order and art approval if we receive it by 12:00pm (times vary per product). If you have any questions about our deadlines for promotional products, call or sales department to get more information!

• Unfortunately, we are unable not ship to PO Boxes.
• Shipping charges will be added to your order.
• International shipping charges will be added to your invoice when applicable.
• We use UPS and FedEx shipping typically on most orders. In order to request a trucking company please contact your customer service representative. Delivery delays can occasionally occur in extreme circumstances. Overnight deliveries are available upon request for an additional fee.
