With our custom hat offerings, creating one of a kind caps has never been more effortless. Start by perusing our selection of high quality brands to find one that suits your preferences. Once thats settled team up with us on the design using our multitude of decoration choices - think eye catching puff enhanced embroidery or creative patches crafted using various materials and designs.

    SELECT YOUR
    HAT STYLE

    The first step is to select the hat brand and style you would like to order. We can also help you choose the right style if you fill out our contact us form or feel free to give us a call.

  • STEP 2

    DESIGNING YOUR CUSTOM HATS

    Decide on the style of patch you would like or choose to embroider your logo. You can select between multiple imprint locations. If you select a patch, you can choose between leather, woven, embroidered, or printed patches.

  • STEP 3

    PLACE ORDER OR REQUEST A QUOTE

    Once you have placed your order or requested a quote, you will get a proof for review and an estimate for approval. We will reach out to you and answer any questions you might have and also make suggestions on creating an awesome-looking hat.

  • STEP 4

    CUSTOM HAT PRODUCTION

    Once your art proof is approved for production, we will order your hats or pull them from our inventory. If you have selected to decorate your hat with a custom patch, we will start production of your patches. When readied, the patches will be sewn onto your hat.

  • STEP 5

    Shipping*

    We will ship your order via FedEx or UPS as soon as your decoration is applied.

The most frequently asked questions regarding our company and products.

Additional Embroidery Locations

Adding additional embroidery can be done in multiple locations and is charged by the number of stitches. A typical embroidered design on the back of a hat can range between $3.25 to $6.00.

Rush Orders

Due to the unpredictale nature of custom hat production, we are not currently offering rush orders. Standard production time is around 4 to 5 weeks. It will take a few weeks to produce the patches and have them shipped to our hat attachment facility, and another week or so to get everything attached and shipped out. After factoring in artwork and shipping we typically end right at 4 weeks.

Samples With Your Logo

We offer digital mockups for all orders to show you exactly what the final product will look like. We also have the ability to produce pre production samples, which would give you a chance to see a fully produced hat with your logo on it. Please contact us for additional information on this process.

Choosing More Than One Hat Style

Minimums start at 24 pieces per hat style and patch design, and 12 per color. If you would like to purchase multiple hat styles it is as simple as adding the desired hats to your cart.

Patch Size

For most hats we recommend a maximum patch size of 2.5" in height by 3.75" in width. PVC and leather patches tend to be a bit stiffer and do not bend to the curve of the hat as well, so we may recommend something smaller in size. Once you are connected with our graphic design team, they can help make size suggestions and provide digital mockups for reference.
