The price of a custom hat depends on a few factors like quantity, style, and decoration options. A typical order of 24 pieces goes for about $18-$22 a hat. Price typically decreases as you increase the quantity, and increases if you add additional upgrades such a premium materials.

Once your order is placed a dedicated sales rep will contact you to get artwork started. During this process our art team will digitize your logo and create a mockup of both the design by itself as well as the design on the actual hat. Once you have approved the mockup and are ready to move forward we will place the order into production.

The average turnaround time for a custom order is approximately 4 to 6 weeks. It takes a few weeks to produce the patches and get them shipped to our hat attachment facility, and another few weeks to get everything attached and shipped out.
